2.2 Restrictions: You shall not sublicense, sell, lease, transfer, or otherwise exploit the App or any part thereof for any unauthorized or commercial purposes. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App.

7.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User-Generated Content you create or share through the App. By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
7.2 Prohibited Content: You shall not create or share User-Generated Content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms.
8.1 Free to Use: MyDeductibles.com is currently free to use. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees or subscription plans for certain features or services in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to continue or discontinue using those features or services.
8.2 Third-Party Services: The App may integrate with third-party payment processors or services for certain transactions or purchases. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, and we shall not be responsible for any issues or disputes arising from those transactions.
